Policies of Bubbles Before and After School Club
Bubbles has a series of policies in place. Policies include:

Admissions Policy
- To accept all children in accordance with Ofsted's requirements
- To record all children's attendance in a register
- An application form must be completed prior to the child commencing containing information about the child's date of birth, address, health, parents/carers wishes, contact details etc.
- Priority for places will be given in this order;
- Parents/Carers requiring a full-time place for their child/ren
- Parents/Carers with children already attending Bubbles
- Any morning sessions combined with 5 X 2 hour sessions after school
- 5 X double sessions after school
- Morning only sessions will be given on availability
A waiting list will operate if demand exceeds availability. This will be reviewed when vacancies arise.
